Carole values independent thinking and enjoys assisting others to reach a deeper understanding of themselves, their purpose, and their place in the world. In Carole's groups people interact in a relaxed way, in an accepting atmosphere, where both fun and seriousness are seen as necessary for a balanced outlook on life.

Carole believes that Quest of the Soul workshops can assist you to recognise the working of your soul, which can, in turn, enhance your inner strength, calmness and creativity. This perspective gives us an extra dimension to everyday situations, and can help us deal with complex issues more easily.
